| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了环境技术贸易的国际背景,就国际技术贸易及其相关法律问题作了较为深入的阐述;结合我国技术输出入的法律管制,对我国环境技术贸易的现状及特征进行对比分析;就完善技术转移机制,推动环境技术贸易提出了一些建议;最后是有关中国加入WTO对环境技术贸易的影响及思考。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the present situation of the legal control systim of ETT in the world,analyzes the character of ETT in China and the regualtion of this field compared with the intemationalbackground of ETT; puts forward some potential measures to perfect the legal control system of ETTand methods to promote ETT in China; finally discusses the influence and significance of China'saccession to WTO around the ETT topic. |
