室内运动抵抗雾霾危害健康的有效性研究

摘    要:人体长期保持运动能提高免疫力,在雾霾环境下坚持室内运动能有效预防疾病,增强身体机能,促进健康,避免雾霾对身体带来的危害。分析室内运动抵抗雾霾危害健康的有效性,以反应人体健康功能的心肺机能摄氧量水平、心率以及氧脉搏水平等指标为约束条件,采用内源控制和外源统计性分析相结合方法进行雾霾环境下室内运动的机能改善性分析,实现对人体免疫能力改善的定量评估,并结合评估结果给出相应的室内运动建议,有效抵抗雾霾对健康的危害。

Abstract:Human body can improve immunity by taking long-term exercise. Taking indoor exercise during haze whether can effectively prevent diseases, improve physical function, promote health, and avoid the harm of haze on body. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of avoiding negative impacts of haze by taking indoor sports in response to human health function of heart and lung function oxygen uptake level, heart rate and oxygen the pulse of water equality index constraints. It improves the analysis by endogenous control and exogenous statistical analysis combined with the method of indoor sports haze environment function, realize the quantitative evaluation to improve the immunity of human body, and combined with the evaluation results of indoor exercise recommendations, effectively resist the harm of haze on health.
