矿产资源开发环境影响评价的指标体系及方法研究

随着科学技术的进步和人口的急剧增长,人类对自然资源的需求以空前的速度递增。而人类对自然资源不合理开发利用所造成的生态环境问题,已从局部扩至整体,成为人们最为关切和急待解决的问题之一。就目前为了能够从根本上解决矿产资源开发过程中给环境带来的巨大打击,使污染情况得到良好控制,矿产资源开发环境影响评价是必然要采取的方法。基于此并与中国矿产资源开发实际情况进行有效结合,除此之外还分析了在矿产资源开发当中合适的评价方法。

Index System and Method of Environmental Impact Assessment for Mineral Resources Development

With the progress of science and technology and the rapid growth of the population, the human demand for natural resources has increased at an unprecedented rate. The problem of ecological environment caused by the irrational exploitation and u-tilization of natural resources has expanded from a regional to overall problem. In order to fundamentally solve the huge blow to the environment in the process of mineral resources exploitation and make the pollution situation well controlled, the environmental im-pact assessment of mineral resources development is a necessary method. Based on the actual situation and development of China's mineral resources as well as the characteristics of mineral resources, this paper puts forward the relevant evaluation factors.
