基于DDF分析模型的石油行业边际碳减排成本估算研究

摘    要:石油行业由于碳排放量高而成为中国节能减排工作实施的重点领域。运用非参数方向距离函数(Directional Distance Fuction,DDF)方法,估算2015年深沪两市33家上市石油公司的边际碳减排成本,结果发现,从事产业链上不同业务的石油企业,碳减排成本的差异较大,这与不同业务企业资源配置情况和能源利用效率的差异存在密切的关系。因此,实施差异化的碳减排策略,努力提高石油企业的碳减排技术水平及资源配置效率等就成为石油行业降低碳减排成本的有效路径。

Abstract:Petroleum industry will inevitably become an important concern of energy saving and emission reduction in our country because of its high carbon emission.Based on DDF model,this article estimated carbon emission reduction costs of 33 oil companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets in 2015 and found that different business and production technical effi-ciency on industrial chain makes the great varieties in carbon emission reduction costs among petroleum business enterprises. Therefore, implementing different carbon emission reduction strategies according to enterprises'business and improving technical efficiency becomes the effective path to reduce the carbon emission costs of petroleum industry.
