环境保护中的司法介入与法律适用性研究

目前环境保护已成为世界各地关注的重点问题,司法介入与法律适用性研究成为解决环境问题的重要手段,符合国家提出的可持续发展战略要求,因此对环境保护的法律建设尤为重要。通过两级法院会商环境保护案件,建立良性发展的工作模型,确定环境保护中的司法介入与法律适用性内容,在此基础上,对环境保护法律的出台背景和内容进行论述,从"两法衔接"机制对检察监督、犯罪控制的制度价值、权利均衡思想、以及遏制环境恶化等方面阐述"两法衔接"对环境保护的意义,从而实现环境保护中司法介入和法律适用性研究。
