基于低碳经济背景下节能减排评价体系的构建策略研究

目前,节能减排形势异常严峻,深入探究企业节能减排评价问题,具有重要的理论以及现实意义。在系统阐述节能减排评价体系构建原则以及方法的基础上,从能源利用效率、资源循环利用、环境污染和耗费、环境治理以及环保设施等五个方面构建了企业节能减排的效果评价体系。该体系有助于评价企业的节能减排效果,对于企业节能减排能力的提升能够提供必要的帮助。

Study on Construction Tactics of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Based on Low Carbon Economy

At present, the form of key energy-saving emission reduction is very serious.It has a prominent theoretical and practical significance to deeply explore the evaluation of energy-saving and emission-reducing enterprises.Based on the sys-tematical elaboration of the connotation of energy-saving and emission-reduction evaluation system,this paper constructs the e-valuation system of energy-saving and emission-reducing effect from five aspects:energy efficiency, resource recycling, envi-ronmental pollution and consumption,environmental governance and environmental protection facilities.The system helps to eval-uate the effect of energy-saving and emission reduction of enterprises and provides necessary help for enterprises to enhance their energy conservation and emission reduction capabilities.
