混凝土配比中环境污染控制方法研究

摘    要:通过混凝土的优化配比,提高混凝土的强度的同时,实现环境污染优化控制,提出一种基于应力场数值模拟和有限元分析的混凝土配比中环境污染控制方法。采用屈服响应应力分析方法进行混凝土的优化配比模型构建,结合混凝土的非线性硬化结构特征进行缓凝土的刚度退化应力结构分解,采用有限元分析方法进行混凝土优化配比的数值模拟,实现环境污染优化控制,并实现相关的数学模型构造。采用该方法进行混凝土配比,提高了混凝土的屈服响应强度,降低了环境污染系数,促进混凝土制备的优化升级。

Abstract:Through the optimization of concrete matching, this study improved the strength of concrete and achieved optimal control of environmental pollution at the same time.It proposed a method for environmental pollution control in concrete proportio-ning based on numerical simulation of stress field and finite element analysis.The yield response stress analysis method is used to construct the optimal concrete proportioning model.Combined with the characteristics of concrete nonlinear hardening structure, the stiffness degradation stress structure of retarded soil is decomposed,and the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the optimum proportion of concrete to realize the optimal control of environmental pollution.The simulation results show that this method can improve yield response strength of concrete and reduce the environmental pollution coefficient and promote the optimi-zation and upgrading of concrete preparation.
