摘    要:以广西河池市某工厂含镉废水为研究对象,开展了活性炭吸附法处理含镉废水的研究。在单因素实验结果基础上,选取活性炭用量、温度和时间进行三因素三水平的中心组合设计实验和响应面分析。研究结果表明活性炭去除废水中镉的最佳工艺条件是:当废水中镉的初始浓度为25.1 mg/L时,活性炭用量为1.58 g/100m L,温度为28.09℃,时间为1.53 h,在此条件下镉的去除率可达到97.55%。

Abstract:Taking the wastewater from a factory in Hechi City of Guangxi Province as the research object,cadmium-contai-ning wastewater has been treated by adsorption activated carbon technology. A central composite experiment of three factors and three levels,concluding mass of Activated carbon,temperature and time,was designed based on the results of single factor exper-iments. The results were analyzed by response surface methodology with design expert. When the initial concentration of cadmium in waste water is 25.1 mg/l,the optimal parameters are as follows:the mass of activated carbon was 1.58g,the temperature was 28.09℃,the time was 1.53 h. Under these conditions,the removal rate of cadmium can reach 97.55%.
