Effect of Haze Early Warning on Sports Injury for Outdoor Aerobic Exercise Population

From the concept and origin of haze weather,this paper analyzes the influence of haze warning on sports injuries of outdoor aerobic sports crowds,and determine the haze warnings for outdoor aerobic sports people by inhaling harmful particulate matter under the haze warning. It determines the impact of haze early warning of respiratory exercise crowd to the outside,accord-ing to the influence of an important role in the human body skin and the haze of the skin,to determine the influence of haze warn-ing epidermal system oxygen sports crowd to the outside,through the analysis of influence of haze warning aerobic exercise groups of body immune system to the outside,to achieve haze warning immune system of outdoor aerobic exercise crowd impact analysis, so as to realize the haze warning effect of aerobic exercise on outdoor sports injury groups,provide a theoretical basis for the formu-lation of reasonable exercise plan.
