西安城市环境生态建设方式改革与创新研究

Reform and Innovation of Urban Environmental Ecological Construction in Xi'an

Xi'an is located in the Northwest Center,on the ecological environment construction in relation to the location pat-tern of city development,ecological construction research of Xi'an city environment,the system of governance,sustainable devel-opment"as the theme,set up the Xi'an city ecological environment construction concept of long-term use,Xi'an eight hundred in Qinchuan geographical advantages,make full use of Qinling Mountains ecological regulation function,the concept of ecological civilization as the center of the guiding ideology of city construction,and built a mountainous area,plain,ecological barrier of city greening in the city. The ecological protection and construction,as far as possible to create more green space for the city,land-scape construction,ecological environment construction,the construction of city landscape,from"see seam insert"Green"is de-veloping to"plan and build green",to ensure that the"three green indicators"grow to the standard,create a good urban environ-ment for citizens,and promote the reform and innovation of Xi'an's urban environmental and ecological construction to a new level.
