甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰对轻型汽车排放的影响

摘    要:甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰(MMT)对机动车排放及排放控制系统的影响一直是人们争论的焦点.为了探讨MMT对国Ⅲ(相当于欧Ⅲ)轻型汽车排放的实际影响程度,组织2组试验车辆(600 cpi三元催化转化器(TWC),欧Ⅳ,原装OBD)进行了8×104km的行车试验及排放测试;为进一步说明排放控制系统关键部件的劣化情况,在8×104km后2组试验车分别更换新、旧TWC进行排放测试,并且将6个老化的TWC在同一参比车上进行排放对比测试.结果表明:2组试验车排放劣化规律基本一致;前2×104km是车辆尾气排放快速劣化阶段,2×104~8×104km中劣化率明显变慢.TWC的更换及对比试验表明:三元催化转化器是排放控制系统中劣化程度最大的部件;2组试验车的TWC劣化程度没有明显差别;经过8×104km,MMT对试验车辆的排放控制系统未造成明显的不良影响.

Abstract:The effects of methylcyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl(MMT) fuel additive on emission and emission control system of vehicles have ever been the focus of dispute.To discuss the emission effects of MMT on vehicles under the condition of state Ⅲ(equivalent to Euro Ⅲ) emission standard,six passenger cars(600 cpi three-way catalysts(TWCs),Euro Ⅳ,original OBD) were divided into two groups and ran 8×10~4 km with MMT and without MMT respectively,and the comparison of two groups of vehicles emission testing results was made.The results showed that the emission deterioration trend of the two groups was very similar.During the beginning 2×10~4 km,the emission deterioration was sharply increased,but was stable in the residual mile.According to replacement and comparison tests of TWC,the deterioration of TWC was the worst among all of the parts of the emission control system and had no obvious differences between the two groups of vehicles.So,the MMT fuel additive did not harm the emission control system under this testing condition.
