污泥处理热干燥工艺的研究进展

Progress of Technology of Thermal Drying in Sludge Treatment

At present thermal drying is considered as one of the practicable and necessary technology in the field of sludge treatment.This paper introduces present situation of sludge drying craftwork and types of drying equipment abroad.The thermal drying methods include such types as impinging stream drying,superheated steam drying,gas-fired infrared radiate drying,indirect thermal drying and fluidized drying.The application principle and development in sludge drying process were also discussed.The analysis on the utilization and development trend of sludge drying treatment technology which broadens sludge treatment methods and ensures safety and reliability in sludge treatment and utilization was also made.
