| Abstract: | In order to promoting healthy and fast development of environmental Protection industry,satisfying the needs of ecologic construction and environmental pollution control,and ensuring the realization of the objectives fixed in"the tenth five year program for the economic development of China",ten Countermeasure proposals are put forward,such as constructing a favorable policy and market environment,promoting the progress of environmental protection technology,establishing operation mechanism for environmental protection installations and so on. |
