环境噪声监测中的问题及质量控制措施研究

噪声污染具有物理性、生理性、随机性等特点,会对人类睡眠质量、听觉系统、情绪等方面产生不同程度的负面形影。现阶段国内环境噪声监测中仍然存在监测条件不宜、缺乏统一的监测标准、监测力度较弱等问题。基于现存问题本文提出了系列质量控制措施诸如优化监测环境(合理配置监测位点、时段、仪器)、提升监测力度、注重监测结果修正评价。

Research on problems and quality control measures in environmental noise monitoring

Noise pollution has the characteristics of physics,physiology and randomness which will produce different degrees of negative shadow on human sleep quality,auditory system,emotion and so on.At present,there are still some problems in the monitoring of environmental noise in China,such as inadequate monitoring conditions,lack of unified monitoring standards,and weak monitoring.Based on the existing problems,this paper proposes a series of quality control measures such as optimizing the monitoring environment(reasonable allocation of monitoring sites,time periods,instruments),enhancing monitoring strength,and focusing on monitoring results correction evaluation.
