摘    要:采用混合筛选的方法筛选驯化了高温好氧菌群。进行人工接种堆肥实验。通过对堆肥过程中的温度监测.C/N比分析以及堆肥过程中总菌数的分析.比较了处理组与对照组的堆肥效果。实验结果表明。接种高温好氯菌群可使前发酵堆肥高温时间提前.高温持续时间长。从而加快了堆肥过程中有机质降解。缩短堆肥周期。

Abstract:The screened and acclimatized thermophilic aerobic microbial community (TAMC) was inoculated to the raw materials of composting process. The effects of inoculating TAMC on municipal solid waste compost have been examined through inspecting biomass, temperature, the ratio of carbon to nitrogen (C/N). The time of inoculated composting process required could be shortened as temperature rises faster and higher temperature keeps longer. Hence, TAMC addition is effective to decompose organic matter and accelerate composting process
