摘    要:某钢厂2#转炉一次烟气除尘系统由原来"两文"系统改为"塔-环隙"系统,经过比较研究两种除尘系统的运行效果得出:塔-环隙系统实现喉口自动调节,出口含尘浓度明显降低,煤气回收利用率基本持平。

Abstract:The dust removalsystem of first flue gas of No. 2 converter in a steel - making plantchanged from the "Two Ventu- ri" to "Tower - ring" system. A comparative study on removal effectsbefore and after the technological reform show thatthe "Tower - ring" system realized automatic regulation of throat with lower dust concentration in the outlet and the gas recovery ratio remains flat.
