| 摘 要： | 为调查分析儿童初种卡介苗的免疫效果，以衡南县11个乡镇22所小学5-7岁组1348名儿童为调查对象，并进行结核菌素实验（PPD），对PPD阴性者加强卡介苗（BCG）接种．其中，1348名儿童卡痕形成率65．06％，PPD阳转率65．80％．

| Abstract: | To investigate and analyie the immunologic effect of the vaccine of BCG in children. This investigation was conducted to 1 348 children aged from 5 to 7, in 22 primary schools of 11 towns in the Hengnan county, and strengthened vaccine of BCG to those whose results of PPD test were negative. Among the 1 348 children , the rate of scar left was 65.06 %, and in PPD test the rate of positive was 65.80 %. |
