废定影液的处理和再生利用

摘    要:采用Na2S—SO2法处理废定影液,以硫化钠沉淀定影液中的银,用二氧化硫对废定影液进行再生处理,结果表明:银的回收率达到了95%,再生的废定影液,亚硫酸钠补充率达到了100%。硫代硫酸钠补充率约为50%,每1L再生定影液需再投加126gNa2S2O3·5H2O;废定影液处理经济收益约128万元/a。

Abstract:The Na2S- SO2 method was used to treat waste fixer. The Na2S was used to precipitate the silver ion in waste fixer, and then the sulphur dioxide was applied to regenerate the waste fixer. The results show that the reclaim rate of silver can reach 95%, and the fill rate of Na2SO3 is 100%, however, the fill rate of Na2S2O3 · 5H2O is 50%, it should be added in waste fixer with 126g per liter. The benefit of waste fixer in the method is 1.28 million Yuan annually.
