摘    要:对高效液相色谱法测定水中两种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物过程的不确定度及来源进行了分析和评定.通过数学模型计算分析过程中的各不确定度的分量,最后计算出相对合成不确定度和相对扩展不确定度.其中,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和甲醇中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的相对合成不确定度分别为5.18%和3.93%.根据分析结果,在引起不确定度的因素中,由曲线拟合导致的不确定度分量最大,而样品前处理和方法回收率对不确定度的引入也有较大的影响.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze and evaluate the uncertainty and source of 2 Phthalic Acid Esters in the water determined by HPLC.Each component of uncertainty was calculated and analyzed by the mathematical model.The uncertainty of the relative synthesis and relative expansions were finally calculated.Moreover, the uncertainty of relative synthesis of DBP and DEHP were 5.18% and 3.19% respectively.The analysis results revealed that among the different causes of the uncertainty, the curve fitting was the biggest contributor, which followed sample preparation and the recoveries of sample.
