基于网络搜索行为的公众环境关心指标体系构建研究

利用环境相关的网络搜索数据构建指标体系,对中国公众环境关心程度进行评价.构建的环境关心指标体系包括环境污染关心、环境知识关心、环境法规关心和环境行为关心4分类指数和42具体指标.分析结果表明,环境关心指数主要受节能、减排、绿色出行等环境行为关心类指标影响;2011年以来,中国公众环境关心指数取值集中在100~200之间,且呈稳步上升趋势,并具有明显的季节性变动特征.

Construction of Public Environmental AwarenessIndex Based on Web Search Behaviors

In this paper, the index system of environmental related network search data is used to evaluate the degree of public environmental concern in China.The index system of environmental concern is composed of forty-two specific indexes that fall into four categories that include environmental pollution, environmental knowledge, environmental regulations and environmental behavior.The results show that the index of environmental behavior such as energy saving, emission reduction, green travel has a higher weight, which means the index of environmental concern is mainly affected by environmental behavior.Since 2011, China's environmental public interest index value was 100-200, and showed a steady upward trend, and seasonal variation characteristics;environmental behavior care index was significantly higher than other classification index.
