Recovery and Utilization of Municipal Solid Waste in United States

This paper introduced how to improve the utilization efficiency of municipal solid waste(MSW) through source reduction,recycling utilization,composting and other measures,and how to reduce the amount in the disposition of waste by municipal solid waste landfill and waste energy recovery in the United States.It exhibited their explore prospects in the field of how to increase the collection efficiency and decrease the operating costs,which prompted the urban solid waste recycling on the virtuous cycle of development path.It has a certain reference value to our MSW daily management and development direction.
