摘 要: | 十八届五中全会提出绿色发展理念,成为指导中国未来经济与社会发展的重要指导方针.西部地区在加快城市化进程的同时面临资源环境与经济发展之间的矛盾.大数据与信息时代的来临,使智慧生态城市建设成为城市发展的主流,绿色发展也成为智慧生态城市的核心举措.通过分析智慧生态城市的建设背景,测度西部主要城市的生态足迹与环境承载力,明确城市绿色可持续发展的目标,提出基于智慧生态城市推进西部城市绿色发展的路径与对策.

Research on Green Development in Western City based on Smart Ecological City |

Abstract: | The Fifth Plenary of the 18th Central Committe puts forward the idea of green development creatively, and it be-come the guide which is important concept of economic and social development in our country in the future. As the contradiction between resource environment and economic development is becoming more and more outstanding in western region. That makes the western region speed up the process of urbanization, and the same time to keep up with the trend of the green development. In ecological concept gradually deepening of the information age, the construction of smart ecological city becomes the mainstream di-rection, green development also becomes the core of the smart ecological city. Through the background of the smart ecological cit-y, the necessity of the green development in the western areas and the bearing capacity of the ecological footprint and environment as well as clear about the target for the sustainable green development of the western cities. That presented the path and strategies of the western cities in promoting the green development based on the smart ecological city. |
