黑龙江省危险废物现状及管理对策研究

危险废物具有腐蚀性、毒性、易燃性、反应性或者感染性等特性,随意倾倒、利用、处置不当会危害人体健康,破坏生态环境.通过数据统计、对比等方式,研究近年来黑龙江省危险废物实际情况,分析黑龙江省危险废物产生、利用、处置现状.针对危险废物管理现状和存在的问题,提出合理性的管理策略和建议,从而进一步减少危险废物带来的环境风险隐患,使危险废物得到更好的利用和处置.妥善处理处置危险废物,既是防范环境风险的客观要求,又是深化环境保护工作的重要保障,更是保护人体健康的现实需要.

Study on Present Situation and ManagementCountermeasures of Hazardous Waste in Heilongjiang

Hazardous waste is characterized by corrosiveness, toxicity, flammability, reactivity or infectivity.Unreasonable dumping, use and disposal of hazardous waste will be harmful to human health and ecological environment.Through data statistics, contrast, etc.,the actual situations of hazardous wastes are studied, the present situations about generation, use, disposal of hazardous waste are analysed in Heilongjiang Province recent years.Rational management strategies and recommendations are offered for present management situations and existing problems of hazardous waste.It is good to reduce the environmental risks caused by hazardous waste, make better use and disposal of hazardous waste.Proper disposal of hazardous waste is not only objective requirement to prevent environmental risks,but also important guarantee for deepening environmental protection work.It is also practical need to protect human health.
