| Abstract: | This paper researched the hyacinth of lower reaches of Mulan River, linked the water characters and general situation of society and economy together, analyzed the reasons of hyacinth spreading and its vicious circle which conduced by improper utilize. Finally, the utilization schemes was put forward for sustainable development of the hyacinth. |
