铁屑微电解——共沉淀法处理含钒废水

摘    要:采用铁屑微电解--共沉淀法处理含钒废水。介绍了其试验原理,考察了废水PH,铁屑用量,反应时间和废水的钒浓度等因素对钒去除率的影响,试验结果表明,在废水PH为2.5,铁屑用量为12.5%,常温,反应温为90 min的条件下,钒的去除率可达97%以上。

Abstract:An iron filings microelectrolysis-coprecipitation process has been used to treat vanadium-containing wastewater. The experimental principle is described. The influences of wastewater pH,iron filings dosage,reaction time and vanadium concentration of wastewater on vanadium removal rate were studied in the experiment. The experimental results show that the vanadium removal rate can reach more than 97% under the conditions of wastewater pH 2.5,iron filing dosage 12.5%,ambient reaction temperature,reaction time 90 min.
