长江口滨岸潮滩底栖动物泥螺受铜污染的毒理学研究

摘    要:为了评价长江口滨岸潮滩沉积物中重金属Cu对底栖动物的影响,进行了底栖动物泥螺的急性毒理学试验研究。结果表明:试验浓度为375mg/L的泥螺对重金属Cu的反应最明显,当试验进行第8.5h时达到半致死量,第32h达到全致死量。试验结束后对泥螺体内5种重金属元素的累积量进行分析表明:泥螺体内Cu、Zn、Ni含量均较试验前有较大的提高;而Pb的含量试验前后没有多大变化;Cr的浓度较试验前略有降低。这说明底栖动物对重金属的富积是个动态的过程,金属间具有一定的协同作用。泥螺体内Cu浓度的增加促进了对底泥中Zn、Ni的吸收,相反,却抑制了对Cr的累积。

Abstract:A acute toxicity test of benthic fauna Bullacta exarata in order to evaluate the effect of heavy metal Cu to benthic fauna in coastal tidal flat of Changjiang Estuary was made.The results show that Bullacta exarata of group D, 375 mg/L, have distinct reaction to Cu. It reaches lethal concentration 50 at the 8.5th hour, and lethal dose 100 at the 32th hour. The concentrations of Cu,Zn and Ni in the body of Bullacta exarata were improved quickly, while the concentration of Pb has a little changes , and the concentration of Cr reduces a little. This shows that the accumulation of Cu in benthic fauna is a dynamic process, and it occurs to cooperate with the different heavy metals.The increase of Cu in the body of Bullacta exarata accelerates accumulation of Zn and Ni from the mud, while it restricts accumulation of Cr.
