Operation and Maintenance Task Analysis and its Application in the Development of Tethered Balloon

Objective To ensure that the tethered balloon can provide matching supporting resources during the opera-tion and main-tenance.Methods According to the characteristics of operation and maintenance analysis, supporting re-sources required by the tethered balloon shall be anlyzed in the steps of determining the supporting working item, refining supporting task and summarizing resources and finally performing comprehensive analysis.Results Specific requirements and methods of pocess, data recording, and supporting resources summarizing were provided for operation and mainten-ance analysis of tethered balloon based on actual application of the method in model research.Conclusion Operation and maintenance analysis can solve the reasonability and scientificity of supporting resource allocation required by tethered balloon, and is applicable to practical engineering.
