浅析航空电子设备腐蚀因素

摘    要:对航空电子设备腐蚀因素进行了分析,为腐蚀防护设计提供了依据和基础。根据航空电子设备的腐蚀失效问题、原防护体系类型及服役环境特点,从多个角度来分析腐蚀因素,如外部介质侵入、内部液体泄漏、设备结构上的薄弱环节等,详细描述了各个因素对航空电子设备的腐蚀影响。由于使用环境恶劣等原因,腐蚀介质会从多个途径侵入到航空电子设备的内部并严重影响其性能。为改善新设计或服役中航空电子设备的可靠性和可维修性,必须从根源上隔断腐蚀源头,无论是减轻环境的影响,还是加强结构设计的完整性。

Brief Analysis of Avionics corrosion factors
Abstract:A : Objective To analyze the corrosion factors of avionics,and provides the foundation for corrosion protection design. Methods According to corrosion failtures,original protecting system type,service environmental features and so on,to analyze the corrosion factors fron many ways ,such as attacks of external airframe fruids,or leakage of interior airframe fluids,or vulnerabilities of airframe and avionics. And then describe the influence of the above corrosion factors of avionics in detail. Results Due to the bad operaion environments and other reasons,corrosion fluids can attack the avionics from many ways,and seriously affects its performance. Conclusion To improving reliability and maintainability of new design and in-service avionics,must be isolated from the root of corrosion,either to reduce the environmental impact,or to strengthen the integrity of the structure design.
