| Abstract: | Environmental factors have become an important indicator to consider the development of the banking industry.In order to achieve the goal of social sustainable development,starting from the legitimacy and feasibility of legislation,this paper analyzed the problems in the legislation of green bank from the perspective of the relationship between environmental protection and economic development.Through the normative analysis method,we find the problems in the legislative level,soft law characteristics and system guarantee of green banks in China.In this regard,we should adhere to the basic concept of green banking,promote the communication and coordination between"hard law"and"soft law"of green banking,and improve the system guarantee of green banking,so as to improve the legislation of green banking and promote the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development. |
