2004年7-10月国内安全事故统计分析

统计了2004年7-10月国内发生的各种安全事故1 052起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故.统计表明,在这些事故中,矿业事故最多,占63.4%,平均每天5.4起事故,其次是交通事故(26.8%)、其他事故(3.9%)、爆炸事故(2.8%)、毒物泄露和中毒(2.1%)、火灾(1.0%).1 052起事故共死亡2 909人,伤2 499人,死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故43.2%、交通事故42.8%、爆炸事故5.8%、其他事故4.4%、泄露中毒2.1%、火灾1.7%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故58.3%、泄露中毒21.6%、矿业事故9.6%、爆炸事故5.5%、其他事故3.9%、火灾1.0%.

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from July to October in 2004

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from July to October in 2004. There are 1 052 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories: mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 1 052 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 63.4%, 26.8%, 2.8%, 2.1%, 1.0%, and 3.9% respectively. The total casualty is 2 909 and the percentages for the six categories are 43.2%, 42.8%, 5.8%, 2.1%, 1.7%, and 4.4% respectively. The number of the wounded is 2 499 and the percentages for the six categories are 9.6%, 58.3%, 5.5%, 21.6%, 1.0%, and 3.9% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top ten provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Sichuan(157 accidents), Hunan(136), Chongqing(99), Fujian(60), Anhui(55), Shaanxi(55), Guizhou(50), Hebei(46), Guangdong(44), and Heilongjiang(43). The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Sichuan(359 dead), Hunan(251), Guizhou(185), Chongqing(176), Henan(172), Yunnan(170), Shanxi(164), Anhui(149), Fujian(137), and Hebei(133). And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Henan(402 wounded), Sichuan(256), Guangdong(161), Guizhou(146), Yunnan(123), Anhui(129), Shanxi(117), Shaanxi(110), Fujian(109), and Tibet(100).
