| 摘 要： | 成功的总体规划是保证工程正常运行的前提。本文试图通过工程实例说明在进行环保工程的总体规划时，更应根据生产工艺、物料走向、防火及环境保护等结合厂(场)区的地质和气象等自然条件进行统筹安排，力求做到布置合理，达到建设快、投资省、运行经济安全的目的。

| Abstract: | Successful general layout and transportation design is a prerequisite to the comprehensive municipal refuse treatment projects Through some practical examples,it is illustrated that we must comprehensively and rationally arrange,and meet the demands of shorter constructive period,lower investment,and lower operational cost in the time of the planning of environmental protection projects,combining production process,material flow,fireproofing and environment protection with the geological and climatic conditions |
