| Abstract: | The health managementpractice in R Project for overseaemployees was discussed from the aspects of influencing factors,implementation practices and lessons learned.Experience in the development of regulatory provisions,risk assessment,managementplatform,professional management,preventingcardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,trainings&drills and EAP of R Project were introduced.Suggestions for the improvement of oversea employee's health management were provided. |
