| 摘 要： | 针对房地产项目运营期存在的生活污水、垃圾排放、餐饮娱乐等环境问题进行分析评述,指出房地产项目在环评期应明确存在的环境问题及污染防控对策,提出应加强绿色居住区的设计和建设,促使房地产项目运营期的环境问题得到有效控制。

Analysis on Focus Environmental Problems during Operation Period of Real Estate Projects and Countermeasures Study |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the environmental problems of domestic sewage and garbage discharge, dining and entertainment during operation period of real estate projects. It pointed out that environmental problems of real estate projects and the pollution control measures should be definited, design and construction of green residential area should be strengthened, to control environmental problems effectively. |
