| 摘 要： | 介绍制定环境与可靠性规范与标准的新观点。它包括按产品研制各阶段分别征询意见；按征询的意见确定环境任务；为顺利执行环境任务而配备的手册或工具。文章对如何、向谁征询意见、各产品研制阶段应确定哪些环境任务以及应配哪些手册或工具作了介绍。最后文章提出了４条有关发展环境与可靠性规范与标准的建议。

| Abstract: | This article describes new concepts of establishing environmental and reliabilityspecifications and standards.These concepts contain some basic procqedures. According to product development stages it consults opinions to revise current specification .It determines environmentaltasks with opinons to be consulted.It must be provided handbook or tools for implementing standardand specification perfectly.otherwise,it describes how and whom it congults opinons. It alsointroduces environmental tasks in product development stages and handbook to supply thespecification. Finally, it provided some suggestions. in development of environmental and reliabilityspecification and atandard. |
