| Abstract: | This paper deals with the crucial moment of wastewater treatment for human survival, sustainable development, and its main problems in China. Characteristics of ecological engineering used for wastewater treatment and utilization, and the comparison with conventional engineering for treating wastewater is also described. The fundamental principles, integrity (Holism), harmony, self resilience and circulation are discussed in details. |
