| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the considerations during the construction process of environmental emergency response system of oilfields in water regions from the aspects of environmental emergency plan preparation,exercise,implementation and emergence insurance.Moreover,based on the problems in the construction process of enterprise environmental emergency response system,it provides with suggestions and preliminary solutions from aspects of emergency plan preparation,exercise and implementation. |
