摘    要:研究了厌氧膜-生物反应器处理酒厂废水时抽吸模式对膜过滤性能的影响,分析了膜通量、膜阻力及阻力分布与时间的变化关系,通过数据拟合得出2种运行模式的通量、阻力随时间变化的数学模型方程式.结果表明,压力递增模式可以有效地提高膜通量;同时该模式运行过程中的膜阻力较低,有利于膜-生物反应器的良好运行.

Abstract:The effect of the suction mode on membrane filtration was investigated in a membrane coupled anaerobic bioreactor (MCAB) treating brewery wastewater. The relationship of membrane flux, membrane resistance and its distribution with time was discussed, and the related mathematical models were developed by fitting the experimental data obtained in two suction modes. The experimental results showed that the membrane flux was improved effectively by the step-up pressure mode. It was also observed that the MCAB could work well in this step-up mode because of the low membrane resistance.
