用锥面砧镦粗减小镦偏的分析

摘    要:由于剪切坯料端面偏斜,拍扁时压成椭圆形,此文称此现象为镦偏。此文分析了用锥形砧镦粗减小镦偏的作用,建立了分步压缩的主应力法计算模型模拟减小镦偏过程,描述了锥砧的斜角、接触面摩擦系数、压下量等参量对减小镦偏的作用,给出了具有参考价值的计算结果。

Abstract:Due to its slanted end surfaces, a sheased round blank often becomes elliptic in shape ofter an upset forging process. The phenomenon is refferred to as the upset forging offset in the paper. The effect of using a conceal anvil to reduce the upset forging offset was analysed. A mathematiecal model based on the piencipal stress method of compression step by step was set up to simulate the process of reducing the upset forging offset. The effects of such parameters as the beveled angle of the conical anvil, the coefficient of friction of the condact interface, the compression draught, and so on to the reduction of the upset forging offset were described. The calculation results with refessence values were given.
