| 摘 要： | 随着环保执法力度的加强,环境违法案件的查处数量也呈逐年上升态势。而环境行政处罚案件的执行力度也直接反映到环境违法行为的是否得到有效纠正。本文通过对鄞州区环境保护局近几年环境行政处罚案件执行情况的分析,得出现阶段环境违法案件存在的难点和问题,并就产生的原因及对策进行了探讨。
