摘    要:文章给出一个较为系统的沉积物中不同形态磷的提取方法。将沉积物中磷以吸附态磷(Pex)、铁结合磷(PFe),闭蓄态磷(Pobs),自生钙结合磷(Pca),原生碎屑磷(PDe)和有机磷(Porg)等种形态分步提取。本方法具有很强的环境地球化学研究应用价值。

Abstract:A modified sequential extraction has been developed to separately quantify six sedimentary P reservoirs: loosely sorbed P(Pex),Fe-bound P(PFe),Occluded P(Pobs),outhingenic Ca-bound P(Pca),detrital apatite P(PDe),and organic P(Porg).This method is strongly suitable for its application in environmental geochemistry.
