| Abstract: | The flood disaster and hazard mitigation research relate to an interdisciplinary field. The approach called historical model is a powerful tool to study disaster. It is benefited to introduce the historical model into disaster research, because disaster is widely concerned to nurture, environment, society and economy. What is the conception of the historical model and is used in the study of disaster problems? it will be discussed in this paper. |
