再生资源产业发展的国际经验与我国的对策选择

20世纪80年代以来,再生资源产业被许多国家作为战略性产业而得到迅速发展。近年来,我国再生资源产业发展较快,但与发达国家相比还存在较大差距,总结和借鉴发达国家的经验,并提出推进加快产业发展的对策具有重要的现实意义。

Experience of the Industry of Utilizing Recycled Resources in the Developed Countries and China's Countermeasures

Since 1980's,the industry of recycled resources has increased so rapidly as a strategic sector in many countries.In recent years,this industry has developed fast in our country due to the enforcement of the strategy of the sustainable development.But there was still a large gap between China and the developed countries in terms with the recycling ratio of waste and worn-out stuff,the production of recycled goods,and the scale of the industry development. It was of profound significance that we should abstract and learn from the developed countries,study or analyze some problems being,and put forward the policy to increase the development of the industry in China.
