大型防水试验设备的优化设计及研制

摘    要:介绍了可满足GJB 150及MIL-STD-810F等军用标准的大型防水试验设备的设计要求以及试验设备的主要组成。重点分析了出水喷嘴的优化设计、喷嘴点阵的空间布置和试验用水循环系统流程设计等,提出了喷嘴压力实时测量、试验台自动升降等动态闭环控制方法。该试验系统研制成功,为考核装备的环境适应性和产品可靠性提供了科学的试验手段。

Abstract:The design of large waterproofing test system which satisfies military standards such as GJB 150, MIL-STD-810F and the main composition are introduced. The designs to optimize the water nozzle, arrange the lattice in space and operate circularly testing water are analyzed. At the same time some methods how to adjust and control intensity of nozzle and lift and roll device of test-bed are put forward checking the environmental adaptabil This developing system provides a scientific test means for ity and for conducting reliability.
