硫/石灰石滤柱去除地下水中硝酸盐的研究

摘    要:本文对硫/石灰石滤柱去除地下水中硝酸盐的工艺进行了报道。考察了滤柱的出水水质特性,并对滤料上附着的微生物进行研究。结果表明:①若硫/石灰石滤柱的进水浓度为25mg/L(NO3-N),运行滤速为1.5m/h,则滤柱的运行周期为21d,在运行周期内,硝酸盐去除率高于98%。滤柱穿透后,经反复冲洗,又很快恢复了运行。②滤柱滤料上存在大量的脱氮硫杆菌,其活菌数为108~109个/mL,异养反硝化菌的活菌数为脱氮硫杆菌的1/10。滤料表面还存在少量的排硫杆菌,那不勒斯硫杆菌和硫酸盐还原菌、但不存在氧化硫硫杆菌等其它硫杆菌。

Abstract:The process of nitrate removal from groundwater by sulfur/limestone filter columm was studied. Various parameters of effluent quality were analysed and microbes clinging to the packing materials were also experimentally studied. The results show. ① When the nitrate concentration of the the influent is 25mg/L (in N) and filtration rate is 1.5m/h, the ruring period of the column is 21 days and nitrate removal effi ciency during the period reaches over 98 percent. Back washing can recover the treatment capacity of the column completely after the breakthrough; ② There are a large number of thiobacillus denitrificans covering the packing materials, whose living number is 108 to 109 per mL packing materials. The living bacteria number of heterotrophic denitrificans is one tenth of the thiobacillus denitrificans number. There are a few thiobacillus thioparus, thiobacillus neaplitanus and sulphate-reducing bacterials on the surfece of the pack ing materials, No other thiobacillus such as thiobacillus thio-oxidants was detected.
