| 摘 要： | 本文论述的方法用于验证建设项目在运行期对环境的影响．在建设项目运行时，通过对其污染源排放的污染物浓度、排放量及环境污染状况的实地监测，表明环境影响评价报告书中的预测值与实际监测值的差异程度，从而得出是否达到预期限制及控制污染目标的结论．

| Abstract: | The paper discribes the method for examination into effectsof the construction projet on the environment during the operation.The environmental pollution situation and the difference between thepractical monitoring value and the predication value in the report onenvironmental impact assessment is indicated by the practical monitoring of the pollutant concantraction and quantity discharged fromthe pollution resources and the environmental pollution situation dur ing the opearation of construction project and therefore we come theconclusion whether the prediction targes shall be set for eliminationand control of the pollution. |
