| Abstract: | The paper introduces the modes of management, investment and fund raising, engineering construction and technical consultation in the construction of intensive and broad scale environmental protection infrastructure and its complete set system of policies, laws and regulations in Dongguan. The construction mode is provided with important use for reference on the urban construction of environmental protection infrastructure covey in the country and provides an example for the formulation of management mechanism on the large scale construction of environmental protection infrastructure in the future. |
