摘    要:针对目前建筑火灾事故频发及事故后果严重、影响大的现实问题 ,提出并介绍了基于模糊控制理论、人工神经网络的火灾安全报警系统 ,以及系统的作用原理。该系统依靠模糊控制理论提高了灵敏度 ,减少了误报率 ,并结合神经网络具有自学习功能的特点 ,提高了整个系统的智能化程度。

Abstract:A building fire alarm system based on fuzzy theory and neural networks and its working principle are introduced due to frequent occurrence of fire accidents and severe damages. The system would reduce the malfunction rate with high sensitivity. Also the neural network has function of self-learning, which would raise the degree of intelligence of the system.
