摘    要:探讨了用化学混凝法处理非化学法制浆造纸废水的可行性.采用石灰乳、自制的混凝剂,联合PAM絮凝处理该类造纸废水.试验结果表明,该方法处理效果好,工艺简单,易于操作管理,在沈阳某造纸厂的实际应用中取得很好的效果,具有推广价值.

Abstract:This paper presents a new method in processing waste water caused by the non chemical paper pulp making, which is particularly suitable for small and middle sized paper mills. The testing results show that the method is highly effective in processing waste water after the non chemical paper pulp making. Using our self made coagulating deposit agent, known as the inorganic polymer focculatant Fe chain, organic flocculatant polyarylamide (PAM) (0.1%) and Ca(OH) 2 solution (5%) for treating the waste sample, we found that the quality of the processed sample water can reach the national second class discharge level of papermaking industry. The paper also investigates the influence of some other factors, such as the amount of the coagulating agent to be used, pH value, the amount of PAM, the stirring speed and stirring time as well as precipitating time on removing efficiency of COD Cr with the optimum conditions obtained. In addition, this method has been proved feasible in treating non chemical paper pulp making waste water through practical application in a local paper mill. The application of the method also proves to be simple in principle and easy to be put into operation.
