摘    要:本文着重评述了水中隐孢子虫卵囊的检测技术,具体介绍了EPA1622法和1623法、流式细胞计、荧光原位杂交、SPR生物传感器以及PCR等方法,并对其操作技术、检测周期、回收率、检测限、可靠性、敏感性、稳定性以及能否种类鉴别等方面进行了比较。笔者认为我国应致力于开展快速检测卵囊活性与传染性的研究;随着IMS、细胞分类法等纯化手段不断完善,PCR技术对研究水中隐孢子虫的检测将会有更广阔的发展空间。

Abstract:In this paper detection methods of cryptosporidium oocysts are introduced, including EPA1622 and 1623, flow cytometry, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) , SPR biosensor and PCR. Their operation, detection period, recovery and detection threshold, reliability, sensitivity, stability and whether species identification can be carried out are compared. It is suggested that research should be conducted in China on developing rapid detection of activity and infectivity of oocysts. With the improvement of purification methods such as IMS and FACS, the PCR technology will have broad way for the research of detection of cryptosporidium in water.
