某污水处理厂存在的工艺问题及相应的整改措施

某污水处理厂以处理印染废水为主，由于存在一定的工艺缺陷，加之运行管理不善；导致各种问题不断累积，影响到生产工艺的正常运行，从而影响到出水水质的稳定迭标，同时运行成本居高不下。针对该厂存在的调节池和水解酸化池积泥、接触氧化池生化降解能力较差、化学加药点位置不当、污泥脱水能力不足等相关问题进行了分析，并提出相应的技术整改建议和方案。通过强化系统的生化作用，减少药剂投加量，从而有利于污泥系统回到良性循环中。

Technology Problems and Corresponding Countermeasures of Wastewater Treatment Plant

A certain wastewater treatment plant mainly focused on processing printing and dyeing wastewaters. Due to process defects and poor management, the normal operation of this plat was affected leading to poor water quality and high operation costs. This paper analyzed the existing problems, such as accumulation of sludge in regulating tank and hydrolysis acidification tank, weak biochemical decomposition capacity of contact oxidation tank, improper chemicals adding point, and inadequate sludge de- hydration capacity. Some suggestions and solutions for technical rectification were put forward. By strengthening the biochemical action and reduce the chemical dosage, the sludge system returns to a virtuous cycle.
